Shipping Policy
We use USPS for domestic and international orders. Our processing time is 3-5 days. 10-15 days during the holiday. Mondays are package-shipping days. Please note that delivery may take longer than local pick-up and will be sent with all other orders if you live nearby. Should we finish your order early, we will notify you and keep you updated. Tracking information is emailed after products are shipped. When we received your order only then will you receive an order number. You'll get a tracking number the same or next day. Receiving your tracking number means your order was processed. Except during holidays, tracking numbers can take several days to arrive. You will receive a pick-up time and address if you live nearby after your order is processed. Confirm by email if you have time. If an incorrect order arrives, shoot us a picture and we'll send your correct merchandise immediately. Reshipping expenses and no refunds will apply if your products are returned due to an incorrect address. If you submit a incorrect address and your product is delivered, you must reorder items again and receive no refund. If your address or apartment number is missing, your package may not arrive. We are not responsible for your address, so please double verify it at checkout. Allow two to three days for USPS to update your tracking number. After leaving our premises, the mail service handles your shipment. We have no control over route events. Your location may also affect shipment time. Lost or stolen packages aren't our fault. Check the address given when placing the order. If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive anything, we'll assist you to file a claim with USPS. If your boxed goods come damaged (not melted), please email us a picture immediately. The email must come two days after the postal service delivers the order. We will ship a replacement immediately. We work with customers that are unhappy with our products because we put them first. Natural, preservative-free products may melt in hot weather. We attempt to prevent this, but cannot guarantee it. If this happens, refrigerate your goods. While our whipped butter may change, the goods' benefits won't. **We list our ingredients on our website and goods.
